At CH Collective, we truly care about your experience and want you to love every set you receive.
Because our press-on nails are personal-use beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used sets for hygiene and safety reasons. We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions, images, and our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryΒ with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange aΒ replacement, store credit, or exchange where applicable β whichever works best for you.
Sizing
We provide a detailed online sizing guide to help you find your perfect fit. As sizes are selected at checkout by the customer, we are unable to take responsibility for incorrect sizes chosen. If you're unsure, we recommend measuring carefully before ordering β and we're always happy to help guide you!
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept:
- Opened or used sets
- Sale or promotional items
All sales are considered final unless an item is confirmed faulty or incorrectly sent.
